Common questions

Can I buy this on top of an existing active pass?

Yes — both stay active. When you book a class, the system picks the right pass automatically (unlimited preferred over drop-ins, lowest tier that covers the class first).

When does my pass start?

At your first booked class. If you check in, your pass starts there. If you booked a class and don't show up without cancelling, your pass starts automatically at that class too — so only book classes you really plan to attend. Buying reserves your spot in the system so you can book right away; the full window (24 hours for a daily pass, 7 × 24h for a weekly, and so on) runs from that first class. The 12-month plan is the exception — it runs from purchase.

What if I no-show a booked class?

Be mindful: if your pass hasn't started yet, a no-show starts it — the clock begins at that class whether you were there or not. Once your pass is active, a missed class doesn't cost you anything extra, but please cancel your booking if you can't commit so the spot goes to another member. For 10-drop packs: a no-show within 4 hours of the class counts as a used drop-in; cancel earlier than 4h for a free refund.

Can I freeze my pass while travelling?

Monthly and longer passes include freezes — put your pass on hold from your dashboard and your end date extends by exactly the time frozen. Monthly: 1 freeze, 3-month: 3, 6-month: 4 — each up to 7 days. Shorter passes (day/week/2-week/10-drop) don't include freezing.
